Reason for date reservation invoice: 
I paused booking this date because of a potential personal scheduling conflict around that time. I likely won’t have full clarity on my availability until the end of February 2027, though it could be sooner.

If you’d like to reserve the date while I confirm my availability, here is a $150 refundable date reservation invoice. This amount will be applied toward your final balance if we move forward with the booking. If I’m ultimately unable to accommodate your date or unable to commit by February 28, 2027, the reservation fee will be fully refunded.

I have emailed you the proposal that will be officially sent if available so you are aware of costs before paying the $150 invoice.
