Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping or through Shop pay payment plans. PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, Shoppay or JesMarried Gift Cards are accepted.
Custom Drawing Process
Once an order is placed, JesMarried will send over a form to the email you provide at checkout. This form is to capture details of your drawing. If your email bounces, that is not JesMarried's fault and this will delay the custom drawing. Customer would at that point be responsible for reaching out to JesMarried. JesMarried will not contact phone numbers.
Once a form is sent over, please upload images and details to the form. If images and details are not uploaded at the time JesMarried is ready to start your drawing, this will result in possible delays of your project. Please check your spam folder or email jes@jesmarried if you have not recieved a form in 5 business days.
The customer is responsible for sending as detailed of images as they can for JesMarried to complete their drawing as accurately as she can. Example: If Jes is designing a back facing drawing but customer only provides front facing images, this could indicate the drawing will not look exact. It is not required to have exact photos, but even with exact photos, a customer purchasing custom artwork from JesMarried, you are acknowledging JesMarried's consistent style shown throughout JesMarried.com, Instagram.com/jesmarried and at @JesMarried on Tiktok. Jes McGinley, artist at JesMarried, uses MARKERS to create all of her work. She does her best to match the exact appearance of those she is drawing but this is an artist's interpretation and as a customer purchasing you agree that you understand this and are aware that your drawing may or may not look exactly like the people you are having drawn. Refunds will NOT be made if you are unhappy, but Jes will provide 2 rounds of edits if there are issues with the drawing. JesMarried WILL NOT provide free redraws of an entire drawing. JesMarried does have the ability to make edits to colors and most body sizing issues. JesMarried WILL NOT redraw clothing or full body's without an additional fee. Once the drawing is complete, it is scanned into the computer, cleaned up in photoshop and is then sent over for approval through a proof form. The original is not sent to customer as it does not work for my process of being able to make edits.
During the proofing phase, customer will have 1 round of edits before an additional fee may occur. If a proof is not responded to within 3 business day, JesMarried does have the right to approve and ship out without approval if date needed is closely approaching. Once customer is approved, they must check 'yes' in order for JesMarried to begin printing. Once printed and the form has been checked 'yes', NO edits can be made without a charge for edits and reprinting is made.
Once approved on the customer's end, it will then ship out.
Sales & Discounts
If you have ordered via the JesMarried Website and JesMarried has reduced the price of any item (of the same criteria) in your order, then JesMarried is happy to process a price adjustment for you. Please note this will only be accepted within three (3) days of the date on which you placed your order and your original turnaround time will not be able to be honored. Due to the nature of JesMarried offerings, the date you originally ordered is typically the order in which you are slotted on my design calendar. If a price adjustment is honored, your turnaround time will now be impacted and JesMarried CANNOT promise it will arrive on time. It would be as if you ordered the day you are reaching out for the price adjustment instead of the day you ordered. JesMarried offers price adjustments only for orders purchased at the full price. The date each item that you purchase from JesMarried is eligible for only one (1) price adjustment. In order to request a price adjustment, please contact Jes@JesMarried.com and allow 1 week for adjustment if adjustment can be honored. Please remember to include your order number and other details regarding the order that you believe to be eligible for a price adjustment.
Shipping & Turnaround Time
Custom drawing turnaround times are stated in each listing. This is the time that it will take from the date ordered to receive a PROOF. Once approved through the proofing stage, it will then be shipped. For orders needed quicker, I offer a rush fee that will bump that timeframe. Rush fees may be denied by JesMarried. Please ask to get an accurate quote for any rush orders if they are needed by a certain date.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. JesMarried is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. However, we do strive to make you happy in the long run so we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your final product.
Please note, if shipping prices increase by 20% of more, JesMarried has the right to request additional shipping payments or the offering of refunding shipping and giving a PDF of order.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments, nor are we required to refund orders lost in the mail. However, if an item is not delivered by the carrier, you must notify us within 30 days of the date JesMarried shipped your item. Any decisions regarding whether or not to replace a lost item are within JesMarried's sole discretion, upon timely notice.
For international orders (outside of the United States) please allow time for shipping, as items may get held up in customs. International taxes and fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer. JesMarried is not responsible for any delays that occur once the item has shipped. You must be patient and reach out to your local customs.
For wedding invitations, please contact me directly as they are all case by case experiences that will not follow the above timeline.
Returns
Due to the customization of orders, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Deposits are non-refundable. Please note, if you are unhappy with your drawing, as stated above, you agreed to ordering based on the styles of art you have seen throughout JesMarried.com and @JesMarried on Instagram and TikTok. If you do not provide clear images, your drawing may not turn out exactly like the person. JeMarried WILL help with making edits but WILL NOT refund or redraw a drawing.
Cancellations
JesMarried will only apply a cancellation and/or refund to orders that HAVE NOT been started in the drawing phase. Orders that have been open for longer than 7 days will not be adjusted. If drawing is no longer desired beyond 7 days, a shop credit can be chosen at the same price as purchased to order at a later time.
