1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
If you ordering one of my non custom products, shipping will occur within 1-3 business days from order date + shipping time which is typically 2-5 days in the US for USPS First Class Mail. If ordering USPS Priority Mail, shipping typically takes 1-3 days. Both options will include tracking. International orders are shipped via First Class Mail International. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, as packages sometimes get held up in customs.
2. My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
NO WORRIES!! I'm so sorry about that. It's definitely rare, but it happens, and I appreciate your understanding. Please contact me at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, and I will send out a replacement.
3. What is your return/exchange policy?
Well I definitely want you to be happy with your order! If for some reason you aren't, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your package so I can take care of any issues. Used, opened and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Custom orders are non-refundable, but I will do my best to help the situation.
4. I have a custom idea that you don't have on your site, is this possible to get created?
I love custom work, but please note I do not accept all custom work. If I cannot accommodate your request, I will do my best to refer you to another wonderful artist. Please contact me at email@example.com to get this custom idea quoted.
